Titan Boxes charges sales Tax for all sorts of Orders. In case you hold a tax exemption certificate, please don’t forget to provide that at the time of placing your order.
Titan Boxes creates digital and hard copies of the design provided by the customers. However, customers should provide artwork in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Titan boxes cannot be held accountable for any color variation, blurriness or pixelation occurring due to artwork being submitted in other formats or different resolutions. This is the responsibility of the client to ensure the artwork being provided is print ready, correct and accurately organised. Although we take complete precautions to avoid protecting the submitted files, we are not liable for any loss or damage during the process. By uploading artwork, you acknowledge that you own the rights to the material or have obtained proper authorisation for its use. Titan boxes own the right to refuse any order that violates copyrights, perceived as illegal, includes any offensive or inappropriate content. We also have the full right to deny orders without specifying reason.
All orders at Titan Boxes need to be reviewed digitally by the client before starting the production. This is the responsibility of the customers to review and approve those digital proofs timely in order to get the production started. Please be informed that any delay caused due to late or missing approval of design is the responsibility of the client itself and the turnaround time starts once the design has been approved by our client. It is the responsibility of the customers to review the proof keenly before approving it and ensure the accuracy in layout,text, spacing, font, images, artwork and overall design. Digital proofs cannot reflect transparency effects, color changes from RGB or Pantone to CMYK or any variation caused by UV lamination. We are not responsible for any such changes once the design has been approved. We always try our best to reproduce color accuracy as provided in the graphic file, however we cannot guarantee exact color and density due to printing process limitations. We cannot be held responsible for slight variations due to printing and they cannot qualify for reprinting.
Titan boxes usually always deliver the exact amount of ordered products along with 5% additional amount without any extra cost. However, in case we deliver fewer amounts than the one ordered, you will only be charged for the amount you received.
Titan Boxes has the complete freedom to modify, update or remove any part of the webpage or terms and conditions any time, with or without any prior notice.
