At Titan Boxes, facilitating our customers and satisfying them is our utmost priority. We have streamlined the processes to make the experience smooth and convenient for you. Therefore, we have designed return and refund policies for the times when such cases occur.
Once the final design of the product has been approved by our client, we will immediately send it for production. You have the option to cancel your order within 5 hours, once the production starts. However, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee on the total order amount. After the 5 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.
As per our refund policy, you need to inform us within 3 days of receiving your order in case of any defect in the order or any variation in the product specifications. Though we don’t offer credit or refund, we can reprint the whole order for you. However, reprinting will be approved once our quality assurance team verifies that discrepancy and defect occurred due to our production process or any fault on our end and not from incorrect information provided by our client. Review will be initiated once the digital evidence is provided. If the defect occurred due to a mistake on our end, we will reprint your order without any extra cost. You also need to return us the order within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for this entitlement.
If the defect or variation occurred due to a misinformation from the client's end, you will have to send us back the whole order within 7 days of delivery and you will bear the expenses for reprinting.
Please be noted that we do not reimburse any charges caused for expedited (fast production and shipping) even if your order is returned due to some reason.
It is the complete responsibility of the client to inspect any damage or missing items before accepting the delivery. You should immediately respond to Titan Boxes and the courier company. Titan Boxes can only entertain cases informed within 3 days of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the client to review and approve the design carefully. Once the approval has been given, Titan Boxes cannot be held accountable for any errors, variations, omissions in the final packaging product including but not limited to:
We take all the measures for precision printing and we assure that the color of final product will be 90% within the approved final design. However, slight variation may happen due to printing limitations. If you want to order a 100% accurate color match, you have the option to order a hard copy as a sample with an additional charge. Please be noted that there might be slight ink density differences or color variation between the digital proofs and physical copies.
