Return & Refund Policy

At Titan Boxes, facilitating our customers and satisfying them is our utmost priority. We have streamlined the processes to make the experience smooth and convenient for you. Therefore, we have designed return and refund policies for the times when such cases occur.

Return Window

• Return Your Products Within 30 Days Of Receiving Your Orders.
• Returns will not be entertained after this period.

Order Cancellation

Once the final design of the product has been approved by our client, we will immediately send it for production. You have the option to cancel your order within 5 hours, once the production starts. However, we will charge a 5% cancellation fee on the total order amount.

Return Eligibility

To qualify To return the products back to us, you must follow the following requirements:

• Product must be unused, in original condition and in original Packaging.
• Payment Receipts and Proof of Making Order and Receiving Our Order Must Be Provided.
• Must Show Us the Digital/Picture Proof of Damaged/ Defective/ or Incorrect Product.
• Returns Must Be Accepted From Titan Boxes Team Before Shipping Returns back to us.
• Ready Made Products( Not Customized according to client requirements).

Non-Returnable Items

Following Items doesn’t qualify to be returned.

• Custom Printed Packaging Products.
• Personalized Products(Made Specifically For You).
• Product Damaged Due to Customers Misuse.

Process of Return Request

1. Email our Customer Support at info@titanboxes.com within 30 days after receiving the order.
2. Include order number, digital number, and reason for return. (Digital/picture proofs if required).
3. Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization Number and a prepaid return shipping label.
4. After receiving the RAN, ship the products back to us within 3 days.

Return Shipping

• For all eligible return products Titan Boxes Provide Free Return Shipping.
• All Return Shipping Costs Will be Provided by Titan Boxes unless the Products are Damaged by Client.

Refund Processing

• After Receiving and inspecting Returned Products, Clients will be Informed by Mail.
• Refunds approved by Titan Boxes will be Sent Back to clients within 15 Days through original payment method.
• No Restocking Fees will be Charged If Clients Wants to Replace Products.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for Both Defective and Non Defective Products
• Email us at info@titanboxes.com for exchanges.
• No Restocking Fees will be Charged If Clients Wants to Replace Products.
